How the free first quote works
One forward. One draft. One button. Here is exactly what happens.
What to forward
The customer's email as you received it, with any drawings or photos still attached. Nothing else is needed: no account, no form, no card.
What happens
A quoting inbox is created for your firm at <firm>@quotebutton.co.uk. Sam reads the enquiry and the attachments, asks you if something is missing, and prices the job from typical Hertfordshire rates unless you send your own rate card.
What arrives
An email with the draft quote, line by line, and an Approve button. Nothing goes to your customer until you press it.
What it costs
Nothing. The first quote is free and there is nothing to sign up to.
What happens after
Nothing, unless you choose to continue at £29 a month. Your next quote arrives with a button to carry on — one press, and you're set up. You will always see the price before anything is charged.
