What if the quote is wrong?
It is a draft until you send it. Every line is yours to change, and anything Sam was not sure of is flagged rather than hidden. If a rate is wrong, tell us once and every later quote uses the new one. You approve every quote; Sam does not send anything on its own.
Who sees my enquiries and drawings?
You, and the people who run Buildbutton when something needs a human. Your customer only ever sees what you send. Your enquiries and drawings are never used to train models, and they stay on UK and EU servers.
What jobs can't it price?
Anything outside the packages on your rate card — today that is extensions, loft conversions, kitchens, bathrooms, pitched roofs, driveways and patios. A job outside those is flagged, not guessed. Send us the job and we will tell you if we can add it.
Does my customer know it's an AI?
Sam signs as an AI and says so if asked. The quote your customer receives is in your name, from you, after you have approved it.
Can I use my own letterhead and terms?
Yes. The PDF carries your trading name, address, phone and email — and your logo and VAT number if you send them — with VAT handled. The notes and validity are standard, and you can change any of the text before it goes.
What happens after the free quote?
Nothing, unless you choose to continue. Your second quote arrives with a button to carry on at £29 a month. Press it, pay by card, and you are set up — no account to create, and you see the price before anything is charged.
How do I stop?
Email STOP to Sam, or hello@buildbutton.co.uk, and we cancel the subscription the same day. There is no notice period.
