Subject: Rear extension quote

Hi, we're looking to add a single-storey rear extension to our semi-detached house, roughly 4m deep by 5m wide (about 20 square metres), to make a bigger kitchen-diner. We'd like bifold doors across the back and a rooflight, and we'd like to move the kitchen into the new space. The garden is level and there's side access. We don't have drawings yet. Could you give us a rough price?

Thanks, Sarah
